Re: HSIG - Ed, Farrah And Michael Versus The Revolt And Deaths In Iran
7/14/2009 9:10:33 AM

Hi JoAnne,

I couldn't agree with you more. My initial post on this topic was out of frustration and despair that people are more interested in the death of a very "sick" pop star then the murder, mayhem, oppression and now hangings of innocents in Iran that only want to be free from that murderous regime.

And it's still going full speed ahead. But as I mentioned it gave B Hussein a reprieve from doing the right thing since the media and "fans" were in "mourning" for MJ.

B Hussein's made it his business to befriend all the lunatic regimes and in some ways is copying their oppressive ways. His agenda's are transparent and all you have to do is watch and see what the great pretender does and says (via the teleprompter).

His latest "success" was his Russia visit. They minced and diced him quite well and he doesn't even know it. Hmmmmm, or does he ??

JoAnne, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us.

Shalom,

Peter

Re: HSIG - B Hussein To Visit Israel?
7/15/2009 1:08:19 AM
Hello Friends,

You've gotta love Dry Bones. He seems to hit the nail on the head every time and he's right on target with his latest edition.

B Hussein does consider himself the "one" but I'm not sure in the Christian version but more in the Islamic version. In either case unlike Dry Bones he's way off target.

The great pretender succeeded in alienating the Israeli left and that's a hard thing to do and if he succeeded in doing that he's served Israel well cos the country is more unified in regard to the peace process and other aspects of the conflict then at any time in the past. We can thank B Hussein for that at least not for much else.

His double standard is so transparent that I believe even he realizes it but being Islam's man in the White House he can't reverse his views just yet. He will eventually change his position but give the great pretender some time to digest his present follies and blame Bush for them.

Shalom,

Peter

Rumors of an Obama visit to Jerusalem are now bouncing around the Middle East. Here's a piece from a Turkish source taken from an Israeli newspaper's speculation:
US President Barack Obama is studying a visit to Israel to deliver a speech to the Israelis, a report said.

Tuesday, 14 July 2009 13:26

"US President Barack Obama is studying a visit to Israel to deliver a speech to the Israelis as he did when he delivered a speech to the Muslim world during a trip to Cairo, an Israeli newspaper said Tuesday.
Israel's Yedioth Ahronoth paper said that the issue was discussed in Washington by Obama's assistants and leaders of Jewish organizations that support Israel.
The idea was proposed during Obama's meeting with 16 US Jewish figures Monday evening, it added."

Re: HSIG - BHO Might Not Realize It BUT - There Is Nothing New Under The Sun
7/16/2009 12:34:49 AM
Hello Friends,

When I saw today's Dry Bones it brought to mind the Book of Ecclesiastes and in addition to today's DB I added the first chapter of the Book.

We're all familiar with the term "there's nothing new under the sun" and this has been proven time and again to be true. B Hussein the great pretender might think he's the "one" but there were those that thought that before him. His reasons for doing what he's doing might be different but it all happened in the past in one way or another.

Private Army -Brown shirts

Socialism/Communism - Russia - many other European countries and on other continents and all went bankrupt and changed the systems. Even China has its own brand of Capitalism.

Gun control - Hitler and all the other tyrannical dictatorships.

Censorship - all the above

Nationalizing companies - all the above

Friends the list goes on and on, "there's nothing new under the sun".

Shalom,

Peter

Ecclesiastes

Chapter 1

1 THE WORDS OF the Koheleth, the son of David, king in Jerusalem.

2 Vanity of vanities, saith Koheleth; vanity of vanities, all is vanity.

3 What profit hath man of all his labour wherein he laboureth under the sun?

4 One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh; and the earth abideth for ever.

5 The sun also ariseth, and the sun goeth down, and hasteth to his place where he ariseth.

6 The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north; it turneth about continually in its circuit, and the wind returneth again to its circuits.

7 All the rivers run into the sea, yet the sea is not full; unto the place whither the rivers go, thither they go again.

8 All things toil to weariness; man cannot utter it, the eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing.

9 That which hath been is that which shall be, and that which hath been done is that which shall be done; and there is nothing new under the sun.

10 Is there a thing whereof it is said: 'See, this is new'? --it hath been already, in the ages which were before us.

11 There is no remembrance of them of former times; neither shall there be any remembrance of them of latter times that are to come, among those that shall come after.

12 I Koheleth have been king over Israel in Jerusalem.

13 And I applied my heart to seek and to search out by wisdom concerning all things that are done under heaven; it is a sore task that G-d hath given to the sons of men to be exercised therewith.

14 I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and a striving after wind.

15 That which is crooked cannot be made straight; and that which is wanting cannot be numbered.

16 I spoke with my own heart, saying: 'Lo, I have gotten great wisdom, more also than all that were before me over Jerusalem'; yea, my heart hath had great experience of wisdom and knowledge.

17 And I applied my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly--I perceived that this also was a striving after wind.

18 For in much wisdom is much vexation; and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.

Today's Golden Oldie is from 1989.

We're continuing to follow the twenty year-old story of a cold and aloof American President who thought that he'd dictate a Middle East settlement by pressuring Israel ...while saving the Arab governments from having to recognize the Jewish State, negotiate with it, and having to make "painful concessions for peace".

Back then it was George Bush Sr. squeezing Israeli Prime Minister Shamir. Now it's Barrack Obama squeezing Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu.

So those of us who thought that Obama was all about "change" are witnessing a tired repeat of the same old tactics of two decades ago.

And so it goes...

Re: HSIG - OBAMA HILLTOP - A New Community In Judea And Samaria
7/16/2009 7:36:39 PM
Hello Friends,

Over the past few days there has been some good news mixed with all the bad coming out of the White House on a steady basis.

Two cases (more to come) that show there are still some judges out there that are willing to stand up to B Hussein's bullying and thuggery tactics. You can read about them here.

B Hussein's policy in not interfering in the internal policies of other nations only relates to dictatorships, tyrannical governments and the barbaric actions of Islamic nations. He feels free to try and impose HIS opinions on Israel though. He doesn't even consider it interfering but his right as Islam's representative in the White House. He seems to forget that he's supposed to "assist" in the peace process and not hand down dictate "orders" that can't be followed in any case.

Those that reside in Judea and Samaria came up with a perfect answer to B Hussein and they named a new project  "Obama Hill". The dubious name will remain as long as B Hussein is in power and hopefully that will end in the near future considering the implications of law suits that a few honorable judges will hear in regard to his eligibility.

You can read about Obama Hill below.

Shalom,

Peter

FROM WND'S JERUSALEM BUREAU
How West Bank Jews are defying Obama!
Name new housing project in biblical territory after president

Posted: July 15, 2009

By Aaron Klein
© 2009 WorldNetDaily

JERUSALEM – Activists here have launched a campaign using Barack Obama's name to construct Jewish housing projects on West Bank hilltops in defiance of the U.S. president's demands for a halt to all Jewish building in the strategic territory.

"Mr. President, your policy that aims to destroy the Jewish communities of Judea, Samaria and eastern Jerusalem will no longer go unchallenged," states a press release from the Obama Hilltop Project. "We aim to rally the worldwide pro-Israel community to support the rebirth of these communities and counter your unjust, illegal policies."

The goal is to increase the Jewish presence in the West Bank, beginning with the re-establishment of the town of Homesh, which was one of four Jewish communities evacuated by Israel during the country's 2005 retreat from the Gaza Strip.

Critics pointed out the West Bank evacuations served no practical purpose other than to send a signal to West Bank Jews they might be next on the chopping block. Homesh was not taken over by the Palestinians, and the Israeli army continued to operate there. Indeed, the Israeli court system recently has ruled Jews can still be present in Homesh, leading to the establishment there of a Torah center.

Now activists are looking for donations of any amount to help them expand Homesh, including a new hilltop community to be named after Obama.

Those making online donations are being encouraged to also send a formal letter to Obama making the White House aware of the effort to support Jewish growth in the West Bank.

Get the latest book from the man who talks to terrorists – Aaron Klein's "The Late Great State of Israel," from the author of "Schmoozing With Terrorists."

The letter states: "Mr. President, your current foreign policy contradicts the most sacred values of the Jewish Nation. It is written in our holy Torah, 'The Lord your God will bring you into the land that your ancestors possessed, and you will possess it; he will make you more prosperous and numerous than your ancestors." (Deuteronomy, 26:3-5). Good people throughout the world will continue to support Jewish building and growth in all parts of our sacred land of Israel."

The effort is being supported by multiple organizations, including Shalom International, the Jewish community of Hebron and the Homesh First Movement.

"We are aware of the fact that Obama is very interested in the issue of our presence in Judea and Samaria. So we will call a hilltop there in the name of Obama in his honor," David Ha'Ivri, a spokesman for the West Bank's regional Jewish council, told WND.

The Obama administration recently demanded Israel halt all settlement activity, including natural growth, in apparent abrogation of a deal made by President Bush to allow for natural growth.

The deal was forged just prior to Israel's 2005 retreat from the Gaza Strip. It was confirmed by Sharon aide Dov Weissglas in 2005 and in a Wall Street Journal column last week by Elliott Abrams, a former deputy national security adviser to Bush who reportedly negotiated the arrangement. The deal was in line with an official letter from Bush the year before stating Israel cannot be expected to withdraw from the entire West Bank and that the Jewish state would retain major settlement blocs there.

The West Bank borders major Israeli cities and is within rocket-firing range of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Israel's international airport.

Military strategists long have estimated Israel must maintain the West Bank to defend itself from any ground invasion. Terrorist groups have warned if Israel withdraws, they will launch rockets from the West Bank into Israeli cities.

Many villages in the West Bank, which Israelis commonly refer to as the "biblical heartland," are mentioned throughout the Torah.

The book of Genesis says Abraham entered Israel at Shechem (Nablus) and received God's promise of land for his offspring. He later was buried in Hebron.

The nearby town of Beit El, anciently called Bethel, meaning "house of God," is where Scripture says the patriarch Jacob slept on a stone pillow and dreamed of angels ascending and descending a stairway to heaven. In that dream, God spoke directly to Jacob and reaffirmed the promise of territory.

And in Exodus, the holy tabernacle rested in Shiloh, believed to be the first area the ancient Israelites settled after fleeing Egypt.

Re: HSIG - BHO Meets With The Jews - Or Were They Just More Rhams?
7/17/2009 3:39:04 AM

Hello Friends,

B Hussein has the bad and obvious habit of not surrounding himself with any that might think out of the box. All the great pretender wants are yes men all around him.

This week in order to show that he is "transparent" he did just that with the so called leaders of the Jewish community most of whom were and are avid supporters of the usurper. One example of this is Alan Solow who's been a B Hussein "fan" and supporter since he first ran for the Illinois State Senate 12 tears ago. Read more here.

So having these yes men come to the White House to meet with him shouldn't assure either American Jews or Israel or anyone for that matter that B Hussein has Israel's best interests at heart. Quite the opposite is true and his biased statements, demands and overall Islamic agenda has been seen and heard by all of us.

Today's Dry Bones shows this in the most obvious and emphatic manner.

Shalom,

Peter

This week Barack Obama met with leaders of American Jewish Organizations. It was an attempt to confront the growing concern about his policy towards the beleaguered Jewish State. Obviously the President had decided not to seriously debate the issue at the gathering, since both the Zionist Organization of America and CAMERA were locked out of the meeting.

* * *

From time to time I decide to create new characters for the strip. The two worried guys in today's cartoon represent a couple of American Jewish activists. I didn't decide to create them, they just seemed to appear. I've used them a few times already and just now recognized them as new characters. Given the growing anti-Israel pressure coming out of the White House, I figure I'll be drawing them more and more.
