Dear Brother, i believe Marisol means well. Rabbi Jesus says Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord. Meaning those who repent from there sins and follow God through baptism, counting the cost and apply some principles are dead in there old ways. Matthew 16:24 is a good read of teachings. Heres one for your uncle my brother ," I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered in shame. This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles. Psalms 34:4-6.  God_bless you, specially through these holidays. A quick teaching James, read through James 3:17-18. Meditate on great passages that deal with situations you are going to be in, challenges you will face. I know you had a ruff time stranded in Afrika with your plane being grounded, it is time like those is when God wants to talk the most.
