Super PAC Considers Scathing 'Wright' Attack on Obama

http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2012/05/17/Scathing-attack-Obama-in-works

6 hours ago 13 post a comment

A billionaire whose family owns the Chicago Cubs is considering a proposal to help fund a strongly provocative campaign against Barack Obama. Joe Ricketts, the founder of the brokerage firm TD Ameritrade, may get behind a group of high-profile Republican strategists and their proposal, which is overseen by Fred Davis. The 54-page proposal, professionally bound and illustrated with color photographs, includes calls for running commercials linking Obama his former spiritual adviser, Jeremiah Wright, whose famous “God Damn America” comments were reflective of his racist ideology.

Anticipating charges of racism from the Obama Administration, the organizers have contacted Larry Elder, the outspoken best-selling author and conservative radio host on KABC radio in Los Angeles, about serving as a spokesman, as well as engaging other black business leaders to join the effort. The strategists have decided that the non-confrontational attitude of John McCain in 2008 was too timid, saying the plan would “do exactly what John McCain would not let us do … the world is about to see Jeremiah Wright and understand his influence on Barack Obama for the first time in a big, attention-arresting way.”

The proposal doesn’t mince words; it states that Obama misled the electorate in 2008 by posing as a “metrosexual, black Abe Lincoln.”

Brian Baker, president and general counsel of the Ending Spending Action Fund, confirmed that Mr. Ricketts was ready to get heavily involved in the presidential campaign: “Joe Ricketts is prepared to spend significant resources in the 2012 election in both the presidential race and Congressional races. He is very concerned about the future direction of the country and plans to take a stand.”

The proposal is still in its nascent form: Mr. Ricketts has not decided whether to endorse it yet. His efforts may be influenced by the strategy employed by Mitt Romney’s campaign, which has eschewed attacking Obama in any way that could be considered incendiary.

Kenyan-born Obama all set for US Senate

Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.

The allegations that horrified fellow Republicans and caused his once-promising candidacy to implode in four short days have given Obama a clear lead as Republicans struggled to fetch an alternative.

Ryan’s campaign began to crumble on Monday following the release of embarrassing records from his divorce. In the records, his ex-wife, Boston Public actress Jeri Ryan, said her former husband took her to kinky sex clubs in Paris, New York and New Orleans.

"It’s clear to me that a vigorous debate on the issues most likely could not take place if I remain in the race," Ryan, 44, said in a statement. "What would take place, rather, is a brutal, scorched-earth campaign – the kind of campaign that has turned off so many voters, the kind of politics I refuse to play."

Although Ryan disputed the allegations, saying he and his wife went to one ‘avant-garde’ club in Paris and left because they felt uncomfortable, lashed out at the media and said it was "truly outrageous" that the Chicago Tribune got a judge to unseal the records.

The Republican choice will become an instant underdog in the campaign for the seat of retiring Republican Senator Peter Fitzgerald, since Obama held a wide lead even before the scandal broke.

"I feel for him actually," Obama told a Chicago TV station. "What he’s gone through over the last three days I think is something you wouldn’t wish on anybody."

The Republican state committee must now choose a replacement for Ryan, who had won in the primaries against seven contenders. Its task is complicated by the fact that Obama holds a comfortable lead in the polls and is widely regarded as a rising Democratic star.

The chairwoman of the Illinois Republican Party, Judy Topinka, said at a news conference, after Ryan withdrew, that Republicans would probably take several weeks to settle on a new candidate.

"Obviously, this is a bad week for our party and our state," she said.

As recently as Thursday, spokesmen for the Ryan campaign still insisted that Ryan would remain in the race. Ryan had defended himself saying, "There’s no breaking of any laws. There’s no breaking of any marriage laws. There’s no breaking of the Ten Commandments anywhere."

A Trending Topic taking it to the people the record they run against

TRENDING: Rubio unleashes harsh attack on Obama in South Carolina

Columbia, South Carolina (CNN) – Florida Sen. Marco Rubio condemned President Barack Obama on Saturday in unusually harsh terms, calling him one the most “divisive” and “destructive” political figures the country has ever seen.

“For all the policy disagreements that we have with our president, it is hard to understate how much he inspired people across this country four years ago,” Rubio said at a fundraising dinner for South Carolina Republicans.

– Follow the Ticker on Twitter: @PoliticalTicker

– Follow Peter Hamby on Twitter: @PeterHambyCNN

The man who currently occupies the White House, he explained, “is a very different person.”

“We have not seen such a divisive figure in modern American history as we have over the last three and a half years,” Rubio said.

“They get frustrated,” he said. “They can’t win on their record. And so they have chosen to go down a different road, one that I think is destructive, counterproductive and very unfortunate.”

He accused the Obama campaign of attempting to “pit Americans against each other” by engaging in class warfare and unfairly attacking Republicans on gender issues.

“Never have we seen such an effort to divide the American people in an effort to win an election as we have today,” Rubio said.

Rubio was addressing roughly 1,200 attendees at the South Carolina Republican Party’s Silver Elephant Banquet, the state party’s largest fundraiser of the year.

The speech raised $300,000 for the party.

Rubio exhorted the crowd to rally behind the Republican Party - which the onetime tea party insurgent described as “the logical home” for conservatives - this November.

Though the freshman senator showed flashes of the attack dog mentality that would be required of him if Mitt Romney chooses him as his running mate, a dim prospect according to people in both Romney’s orbit and Rubio’s, his remarks were largely a paean to American exceptionalism.

His speech, laced with references to his modest upbringing as the son of Cuban immigrants, won him a nearly minute-long standing ovation at its conclusion.

Though a few of the GOP activists and donors in the audience said Rubio might be too untested on the national level to serve as Romney’s running mate this year, they said he has a bright future should he decide to seek higher office down the road.

“I love Marco Rubio,” said Lin Bennett, the chairwoman of the Charleston County Republican Party. “I love his conservative values. He is sharp. He is brilliant. When you listen to him speak, you know it’s coming from his heart. It’s not a political speech.”

Katon Dawson, the former chairman of the South Carolina Republican Party, said that if Rubio does run for president someday, he won’t have to worry about trust issues with the Republican base here.

“He has already made nice with South Carolina,” Dawson said. “He is a conservative warrior.”

Dawson said Rubio, along with South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, represent the kind of candidates the Republican Party needs to do a better job of recruiting.

“We were in desperate need of a DNA change,” he said. “The Republican Party has a tendency to get old. They bring youth and energy and excitement for us.”

If Rubio does choose to embark on a national campaign in 2016 or later, he got an important head start on Saturday in this key Republican primary state.

He was introduced at the dinner by South Carolina Sen. Jim DeMint, one of the nation’s leading conservatives and an early political patron during Rubio’s 2010 Senate bid.

The state’s other senator, Lindsey Graham, earlier compared Rubio to Ronald Reagan.

In preparation for the weekend, the South Carolina GOP commissioned a slick 18-page program for the convention that featured a gauzy portrait of Rubio splashed across the cover.

Convention-goers and banquet attendees were issued badges emblazoned with Rubio’s face as they entered the events.

Rubio, who was accompanied on his trip by Terry Sullivan, one his top political advisers with deep South Carolina ties, also hosted a small fundraiser for his political action committee with Columbia area business leaders.

And multiple Republican sources told CNN that Rubio advisers convened a small meeting with Republican state legislators and conservative activists after the banquet.

More proof keeps popping up. This is not going away. He is ineligible to be on any ballot for President. Is he?

HAWAII VERIFIES OBAMA NOT QUALIFIED FOR PRESIDENCY: DUAL CITIZEN, FOREIGN FATHER

Published May 25, 2012 177 Comments

©2012 drkate

Fathom the hypocrisy of a Government that requires every citizen to prove they are insured … but not prove they are a citizen.”

***********

Hawaii verified two things that are fatal to Obama’s qualifications for the presidency: first, he has a foreign father who was never an American; second, Obama is a dual citizen.

Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s Milquetoast email request for Hawaii to confirm the ‘information on Obama’s birth in Hawaii, and to accept an email response, got him what he, the republicans, and Obama wanted: another false ‘official’ statement from Hawaii’s Department of Heath (HDOH) supposedly validating Obama’s birth in Hawaii. Ah, more ‘stuff’ that they can hide behind, claiming ‘due diligence’ has been done.

Hoping to put an end to the story, those pesky ballot challenges and Sheriffs, Hawaii and the AZ SoS perpetuate the myth and meme of ‘born in the USA”, or “American citizen”–as the only qualifying factor for President– to deceive the voting public. The Hawaii release did not authenticate Obama’s 2011 electronic version of the Birth Certificate, leaving Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation in tact and relevant. Hawaii also did not verify anything about Obama’s adoption.

We told you.

What no one expected was to have Barack Obama’s dual citizenship confirmed, again, by listing the name and birthplace of the father Barack Obama Senior and Kenya, East Africa (lots of name changes there since the 2008 short form). Barack Obama junior was born a dual citizen of Britain and the United States. The failure for Mr. Obama is that once born a British citizen, one cannot lose that citizenship unless it is specifically renounced. His Kenyan citizenship may have expired unless he claimed it in 1983-but not his original British bonafides.

Article II Section 1 Clause 5 of the Constitution requires the president to be either in either one of two citizenship categories:

  1. a ‘natural born citizen’, or
  2. a ‘citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this Constitution’:

No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

Solid Constitutional, legal, and historic information support the definition of natural born citizen that must be used until the United States Supreme Court says differently. A natural born citizen is born in the United States of parents who are American citizens. Not a single parent; not the mother or the father, but both parents.

Obama has a foreign father thus fails the two-citizen parent test.

The consistent mistakes made by all deniers of Article II include citing erroneous case law, the 14th Amendment, or stating Article II reads that ‘citizens’ are allowed to be President, ignoring the necessary phrase ‘at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution’ in context. Other mistakes are made in looking to English Common Law’s definitions of and rules for acquiring ‘citizenship’. A British citizen-subject is not an American natural born citizen.

But even if these common mistakes that Obama supporters and attorneys make are allowed to stand in court, no one can say that Article II permits a dual citizen to be the president.

You have to be ‘natural born’ or, a ‘citizen at the time of the adoption of this Constitution’. The Constitution does not add that category dual citizen as eligible for the Presidency. Nothing in any further legislation or amendment makes the Presidency open to being filled by a ‘naturalized’ American citizen.

The bottom line is that even if you think there is ambiguity in the definition of ‘natural born citizen’, there is NO AMBIGUITY that a dual citizen cannot be president or vice president of the United States.

Bennett’s Mistake is an Opening

Bennett makes his first mistake by asking only if Obama was born in Hawaii. In doing so, Bennett actually takes it upon himself to define natural born citizen as ‘born in the USA” in contrast to 200 years of Constitutional law and Supreme Court case law in the United States. Furthermore, by ignoring the citizenship of Barack Obama’s father and Obama’s resulting dual citizenship, Bennett is unlawfully expanding the definition of natural born citizen to include dual citizens. As the State’s top election official, he has no authority to change the definition of natural born citizen nor to expand the classes of citizens qualified to hold the office.

After informing Secretary Bennett of Mr. Obama’s statement admitting the British Nationality Act governs his citizenship, the next series of questions for Secretary Bennett could include:

  • Does the Constitution permit a dual citizen to hold the office of President?
  • Does the Constitution permit a ‘naturalized’ citizen to hold the office of President?
  • Has Barack Obama renounced his dual citizenship with Britain?
  • Does Barack Obama’s known adoption by an Indonesian affect his existing dual citizenship?
  • Has Barack Obama naturalized as an American citizen?

These are questions Secretary Bennett should forward to the Attorney General. An honest investigation will find that unless the Constitution is formally amended or the Supreme Court rules on these questions, Mr. Obama cannot qualify for Arizona’s ballot.

(update) This information, coupled with his publicist’s printing of his biography raises significant doubt as to the legal validity or wisdom of placing Barack Obama on the ballot. After all is said and done, this is misprision of felony!

Let this be the due diligence Arizonan’s require and their public servants provide. Let this effort lock him out of our White House forever! http://drkatesview.wordpress.com/2012/05/25/hawaii-verifies-obama-not-qualified-for-president-dual-citizen-foreign-father/

According to the United States Supreme Court, Obama is ineligible to be the President. That’s right, you read that correctly. The United States Supreme Court has ruled that Obama is ineligible to serve as President.

It’s not that you haven’t been paying attention lately and yes, you can be excused for missing the ruling as it came down, not in the last few days but back in 1875.

This is the argument currently being made by the Liberty Legal Foundation.

The Liberty Legal Foundation has filed not 1 but 2 lawsuits, one in Arizona and the other in Tennessee neither of which have one single thing to do with Obama’s birth certificate OR challenging whether or not Obama was born in the United States.

There is no need for either in regard to these lawsuits.

At the core of this action is a simple request that Federal courts uphold the Supreme Court ruling. Both lawsuits, and the Liberty Legal Foundation promises there will be more, would render it impossible for the Democratic National Committee to place Obama’s name on the 2012 ballot.

Here’s the crux of it.

Back in 1875, the United States Supreme Court, in Minor v, Happersett, ruled that:

“Natural Born Citizen” was defined as children born of two U.S. citizens – regardless of the location of the birth. It found: “The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also.”

Obama’s problem, by his own admission and records of the State Department is this:

Obama’s father was not a United States citizen.

Therefore, via Minor v, Happersett and the United States Supreme Court in 1875, Obama is ineligible because, since his father was not a U.S. citizen, Obama is not a natural born citizen.
