	Dear Joe, I am honored and delighted to have you, 89th POTW and Person of The Year - 2007, joining in this special celebration. You wrote "First I must say that it is "we" who have felt that warm and kind embrace from you. Each day you add to the warmth and friendliness here at Adland. You seem to be one who is intrinsincly grounded with everyone. To me that is a shout from your heart of... I know you would say it is of gratitude, but I think it is much deeper as with a love for your friends. And yes, I sense everyone is your friend. May you always know that this universe would not be so great without you! " I am deeply touched with your thoughtfulness and your warm-hearted congratulations.
