first of all thanks a ton for the lovely mango-rita, hmmmmm great !!!

LOL  on a serious note,  conducting an award such as the BFA with just voting...hmmm....havent you seen the way voting goes on at all the other voting awards, the potw1 and 2 ?? its become predictable...and in a desperate attempt to come out a winner, members go to the extent of creating many  multiple accounts,  dont forget the BFA carries the hightest cash reward too. So to award the Best forum, I think Judging the various categories the way it is done only seems fair.  and now Bogdan has added the advantage of bringing in the most votes too.....Think about it !!!

Back to the topic being discussed here. Well what I see now is that moderated forums has its advantages and disadvantages, as does the open forums. Its up to us how best we can make this work for the betterment of the community members, being fair to all, so that all get their voice heard.

The BFA carries the only Cash reward Pauline.  as far as I know it is the only Award that carries a monetary value.

Why waste your precious time going through all spams? No need to get all excited for this may cause stress, hypertension, etc.

Let people be, let them be what they want to be or do. You cannot control every single person on this site.

Therefore, if they so choose to participate in a moderated forum and makes a horrendous unforgivable mistake, it’s the moderator’s job to contact the person in regards to rules and regulations of forum. No need to post publicly for every single member to see for this is quite embarrassing. That certain individual may be new to AdLandPro,  and may not know the rules...sounds like me!

“Lady of Divine Spirit and Intellect, Beauty of a Goddess, write hymns to worship”…how one can be offended for being your “escape goat?” is beyond this universe. It’s rather an honor not an insult. Therefore, thank you for being your example. Taking a length of time proved to be worthy!

To conclude, do you know where this idiom “escape goat” originated? This question is purely out of curiosity.
