John and Barbara: Do have stats on the actual numbers of visitors that you are getting - not hits - visits. You also need to know where they are coming from - entry page and the page they were on when they left your site. Give me a link that would be a common one for a visitor to click on. I will click it and follow through to your site to see if I can give you some ides. Without data it is hard to say what be happening. The other thing that is most important of course is that a visitor is the right visitor - one that is truely interested in your product and service and is ready to take action. It is also important for you to know that visitors do not always do business on first visit even on the worlds best site - stats taht show return visitors as compared to first tiem visitors is also important.
