I am sorry for your loss. Loosing a Dad can be very hard for those left here that no longer have them around in the "Normal" way.
I lost my Dad to cancer & was devastated. By the time he past, the cancer had taken him long before his body quit.
I know to many girls their Dad is the greatest man that ever walked - I was one of those girls.
I now know that only my dads body is gone. His body died almost 17 years ago. I know that he is not gone because I can still hear his voice when I need him.
Len, be assured that your dad is watching over you & your family & the words that he told you so many times are still to be heard, now they will just be said from your lips.

I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your Dad, I know how hard that can be. No matter how old they become we can never prepare ourselves for the loss of our parents.

I know that you are right though...he is in a much better place now and he is with the Lord! Your Dad will not suffer any longer my friend.

It is very kind of you to express and share your thoughts in this way. I am sure was very difficult to see you Dad comsumed by cancer. I am also sorry for your loss. Be thankful for the wonderful memories that you have of him.
