Let me introduce the most awesome group of team mates anyone could ever have! Not only are they my very good friends, but I also have the pleasure of working with them to bring this forum to all of you, each and every week;

and myself;

Here are the qualifications that will be used in the selection of each honoree. People that are selected will be recognized based on:

1. Acts of kindness that they show to their fellow man.

2. Must be willing to help others, and treat people in a kindly manner.

3. Have a good-hearted nature, and shows it through all that they do.

4. Must be a positive role model, and set a good example

5. Must be professional, avoids negativity, and promotes success through faith and hard work

So, if you know of anyone here at AdlandPro that are not necessarily "high profile" people per say, and that don't get the recognition that they deserve, let us know. Here is VALERIE'S bio;

Hi Marilyn,   
   Thank you for this honor. I have to say I thought you had me mixed up with someone else!    
  

   Adland is a really great place to find lasting friendships and learn from many amazing people. There's someone that can teach you just about anything you need/want to learn.
   
  I was born in SW Kansas in the mid 1950's in February. Being born the eldest of 4 kids has both advantages and disadvantages. I had the privilege of teaching my parents what kids are capable of  - my siblings compained they couldn't get away with anything as mom & dad had a heads up from me, but I also had more responsibility than the others.   
 

   My daddy became very sick when I was 5 years old and my brother was 3, and momma was pregnant with my sister. Daddy became paralyzed from the neck down and no one seemed to understand what was causing the illness. Finally after being moved to several different hospitals, they discovered he had contracted Polio. By this time, the damage to his motor nerves was irreversible and his legs remain paralyzed. I later learned that he and his 2 brother all contracted  Polio from the live vaccine that they had been given back then. Only daddy is paralyzed, his brothers were left unaffected.  
 

   I've told you this story as it has everything to do with who I am now, at least a main part. To daddy, Polio was only a minor setback. Out of the hospital, daddy went back to work at the Refinery as a tool pusher. Not much else he could do from a wheel chair. Now, daddy could have stayed and retired at that job, but he wanted more for us. He applied
and was granted help from the government to start his own electric motor repair shop. The $100 that was granted to him was used to buy a hoist. He worked nights after work and weekends, momma - with his instructions- worked during the day.  
 

   Mom & Dad now have a business that  brings in over 1/4 million gross revenue yearly with 8-10 employees. His Desire outweighed I CAN"T.    
  

   Lessons I should have learned from them as a child, I am only now understanding. It has taken Network Marketing to realize just how GREAT my parents really were. 
 

   The Basics I learned from them are only now becoming fine tuned!
