Thank you Linda for the invite to your forum. I realize I'm new to networking, But I always try to read EVERYONES email. I love to meet new people & share new ideas. even if it does not appeal to me at least I leave a thank you so that people know I looked at there emails.
I agree with Kathy in her last post I guess. I give respect to others as I would want to be respected as there friend as well. After all this is how we make new friends isn't it??
If I am doing something wrong I would hope a new friend would come alongside of me ( in private)( not in a forum) & let me know what mistakes I'm making so I can fix them . If noone tells us directly how are we to learn & know what we are doing wrong? If we are advertising to much let us know.
Thanks Linda for being a new friend

Hi Linda,
You have hit on one of my pet peeves that I mentioned recently (out of context  in one of Kathy's forums).

I personally like to read what people are saying and try to address what they are talking about.

If asking for information-I like to try to suggest solutions or an opportunity that might fit the words they have said.

If someone asks me nicely to look at what they have to offer-I do so with pleasure. I'm open minded and might just be interested.
BUT-if someone shoves an ad at me before or without saying anything else-I delete.

I'm in my home so the people I choose to interact with, are people I feel I would sit down and have coffee or tea with.
Thanks Linda, you certainly fit into that catagory, as do my other friends who have responded here.

Hey Linda - Great Post.

Always see Rule #1.  Make your emails valuable, give more than expected, and love the recipient as yourself!

Best Regards,
Alan
