Your post just popped up in my email so I came to see the beautiful picture. They can be really camera shy!! Believe me I know so less about butterflies but love to share what I have learned. Each country has their own special ones, I believe. That one is just beautiful and I would love to see one. Right now I have another Viceroy catepillar in the acquarium. He feeds on our very small weeping willow trees and can do lots of damage. This way I can control his damage and save his life (or her not sure).
