	This other jewel of a painting, completed in 1884, is so beautiful that it makes us forget it is a tomb in a cemetery that we are looking at. Plus it is not unlikely that Savrasov felt a morbid delectation in painting it. Alexei Savrasov - Grave (1884)

	Two more precious master works in which - again - atmosphere is all important. Alexei Savrasov - Landscape with a River (oil on canvas, date unspecified) Alexei Savrasov - Early Spring (oil on canvas, c.1890)
