Kristen and Cheri, You have answered for me on my thoughts to this question and believe did it better than I would have. I read my file and compared and said to myself "Why degrade, so upgrade." The only thing I will add here is slow down and enjoy life. Let's treat each other the way we wish to be treated. I teach this to my kids and surely have to remind them from time to time. I ask them to analyze their thought of action this way. "Do you wish to be treated (action)? Then don't (same action). Example of: Do you wish to be yelled at? Then don't yell.
