....a network of contacts. Never lose track of anyone, always call people back no matter how long it has been, Call people who you haven't spoken with in a long time just to touch base, do your best to help someone in your network when they ask.

How would you build a . . . business you can be proud of. 1. Find a product or service that you use and find worth in. Make sure it's one that will help others and that will solve a problem for them. 2. Make certain what you offer has value equal to or above what's being charged. 3. Market your business truthfully ~ without deception and hype. Don't mislead. 4. Treat your customers as you would like to be treated ~ with respect, honesty, integrity and courtesy. 5. Be receptive to customer suggestions and never ignore a complaint ~ work it out to the customer's satisfaction. 6. Let your customers know you value them. 7. Be able to look yourself in the mirror every night and know that you have done your best. The why of this is obvious ~ unless you have a business of which you're proud you will lack the passion needed to succeed. Equally important is the knowledge that your business is helping other people accomplish their own goals. Linda O
