I know about this church in Arcadia. There are a lot of trees on the roof of the church and it seems that the roots of the trees don't go to the ground. It's a strange phenomenon and some say there is no explanation and it's a miracle.

It's so nice to meet you after a while! Things kept me away of my PC and friends for a longer time than I previously thought!

Thank you for the very interesting post; as soon as I live in a very mixed family (both by nationalities and religions) we celebrate Easter with Catholics and Orthodox as well, with their rituals! Though, I have to tell that I prefer when they are together rather than being apart!

Why are they celebrated on different days of the year?! Julian and Gregorian are to be "blamed" for this LOL!

Thank you for the visit and your comments. I was in Hagia Sofia Easter 2001.  One day soon we will hoold the first modern liturgy in  this cathedral.

I am like you a person that respect the Christian beliefs. I ma baptized Christian. I share sam God but I have my own aspects on My religion.
