I'm posting after your post on what you and i spoke of last night.So i'll give it another Shot.

Yes i Tought is was a good idea to post an Ad Fest for the Mailer just Checked to see the Traffic.281 Hits and sold another Mailer.
While we are doing this our other programs do get placed on the Back Burner i agree.
I was approached be 3 Hive members yesterday asking to join programs that there into.
Love to Join that and help them earn but there is no way i can pick and choose Hive Programs and have the Beez get the Traffic they derserve we are not into the 1000"s of members in the HIve.We are full and Pre Members 15 in all.But 15 is better than 1 Traffic wise.
Programs that members to be voted on can be done just like Lee has done posted here in the forum.
The Team Will Be Taking off programs that don't seem to earn.Or are now what we are into.
The Mailer is ours Lock Stock and Barrel to Sell.It's not an MLM game of building downlines that go nowhere.
When there new programs brought up to be looked at by OUR HIVE TEAM they have to be Paid accounts our team doesn't take on free programs they are non earners we have been there we know the results.
How do we get those paid accounts.We approach the owners of the programs we think we can earn from.We secure 1 paid account that the program owner donates to the HIVE.In turn we as a Team All of us promote that 1 account.
Ok all Hive members wanted a website,Domain name.Our own registered email.It was donated to us fron a Register.com account paid for by someone good enough to do that for us.When ready we will publish it to the www.
Let's to to the wild side (HIVE Story) as i viewed it to be.Imaguine a team of marketers doing what we are doing in the Hive working as a well ordered teal Like Beez biulding there own HIVE.What is the function of the Beez.There Daily lives are to go out to Gather Polllen to make the honey.That explains OUR HIVE TEAM to a Tee.Real simple no rocket science there the power of the members of our Team members can Make and Break.Workers beez will not do all the work and let the Lazy Bees slide through eating up there supply of stored honey.
The concept has to be agreed by all or it won;t work.There is no nice way to say to someone (we don't want you your too lazy defiant,disordered,and disruptive)What we try to do is have our members see what we see and what our Team can be with team affort.Running around the Net Nilly Dilly won't earn us money.We need active members with interst in the Team.Without activity there is no Team.
This post is mostly for Temp/Pre-Hive members to Grasp the concept we have going here in the HIVE.
I'm no writer guys but that is as Close to How the Hive works and can work from where we stand today.
Ok last I'm getting people contacting me with programs being offered.No names but this is what's been happening.It's no sence sending opp seekers to the Hive.Company owners we will deal and bargin with only.The Hive is not where prople can come in and join to use our Team for personal gain.We have to stick to our Guns Beez we know what we want in a team.We are smart enough marketers with years under our belts in communities and Marketing online to fall for this kind of abuse.A hive member can have side programs all they want but not to use other Hive members to join all there programs.What goes on on this Team stays on this Team.The Hive members are not to be spamed apon.Once this happens our Hive programs suffer (the managers are aware.
