Hi Larry, I am so happy for you! This is very wonderful news!  And glad to see you here again posting.. Hope you can continue to stay in touch.  I had been away for about 3 months or so working but at the moment I'm back .. still looking for better employment than the 14 hour a day thing..lol..

And also I wanted to thank Len for the condo suggestion thing in the Philippines.. the place looks really great.. I agree that this would be an excellent thing to promote with the Hive.
