If you know anyone who is interested in buying a condo in the Philippines let me know. I was presented with this proposition from a friend at Adlandpro who is a Realtor.

I think this could be a good Hive money maker. He will pay 1% on any referral that leads to a sale.  

What this referral fee would amount? An example; a fully-fitted, fully-furnished and fully-serviced Gramercy Residences condominium (please see below) from studio type to a 3 BR with Loft, the price ranges from $73,000 to $440,000 respectively in U.S. dollars. 

With a hypothetical sale of 1 unit costing at US $200,000, we would receive a gross income of US $2,000 (which is 1 percent of US $200,000). 

10 referrals in a year would amount to US $20,000.

What if they were to buy the most expensive condominium at $440,000? Then it would be $4,400 for one referral and $44,000 for 10 referrals. What if it will be more than 10 referrals?

These condos are part of a new development. Looks like a great place to retire or spend the winters. :)

hello Beez...I have missed you so much...I love you all.  I am sorry that I have not been here for you.
I have been reading the posts to find out some of the things that you have been doing and trying to cacth up.
As you know I have had computer problems with my new computer. It looks like everyone is working on all kinds of projects.  My computer problems have been solved for how long ..
I do not know. I have been to the Philippines on vacation in Sept for 10 days..I have met someone special there during
visit. This special lady friend will be coming to the USA and we will marry soon..about 6 months I think..it will take that long to get a visa for her to come to the USA. I have been spending lots of time working the ton of paper work to make this happen..All the paper working is now at HomeLand Security to start approval process for the visa. I did not
think that coming to the USA for be so difficult but it is.
