Let's remember that many in G-2 contributed to the "success" of G-1. The sales of ATU and the AutomailerXP is what made G-1 successful. 
 
I haven't seen much happening in G-1 these days in the sales dept. either. Remember that summer is a slow time for online marketing anyway.

G-2 started out of necessity, because we had too many people in G-1, and could not pay everyone.

Now G-2 as a team are working our way through getting some programs that will work. We have not found a golden goose yet as the Automailer XP was.

By the way Joyce thanks for your program that looks like a good one, maybe it will be our golden goose who knows lol. Anyway it will be voted on Friday by G-2 managers...I am sure it will pass, but that is how we do things.  

Also I think G-1 team should cut us a little slack as we try to find the right programs that will work for us and bring money in for the team. And in my view getting new members to join is not a high priorty right now until we get to that point. 

I agree to an extent on what Becky said concerning how we use Skype or chat. However I think it is up to us how we use our skype time. We normally discuss programs and what is working or not. Sure there are times when we discuss non business subjects that is bound to happen.
