There are essentially three types of keyword phrases:

    1) General and highly competitive terms - not good choices.
    2) Long tail - uncompetitive terms - generally no need to SEO for.
    3) Relevant and specific terms, which are the best to choose because they highly searched, yet are targeted enough to bring qualified traffic.

Now that you have your keywords you need to know how to place them
I recommend putting them in:

    - anchor text
    - clickable image alt attributes (alt tags)
    - headlines
    - body text copy
    - title tags (Don't make your titles less than 10 words)
    - meta description tags

These advises I really can use.  Just re-arrange my blog aroud your suggestions, but leave out the picture tags. As Todd video teaches different.

Anyway, I check your site still ranking in Alex as number 408,000 and my Asia Home Business from out of this earch back into the main track. Now ranking 1,661,984 and improving.

I think I can now introduce my MLM now...

Yes I'm getting increasing hits but it takes time to get the backlinks and
SEO etc....

I may be at 408,000 but a most of the traffic i get is targeted...results = more sales
