Hi Luella,

Thanks for the invite.  Wow!! What a great and delicious sounding recipe. 

I saw ths dish also that Lee posted here and yuuuummmmy.  I am so hungry all of a sudden.  Wow too great dishes.  I cn put them both together and have a meal to last me for a couple of days.

I love red beans and rice and will certainly try this recipe soon.
