	Ok Peter , I made this error as Lee made changes in his profile (name) and and he has no cup under his new picture in his posts . I was indeed very surprised that he not to be a POTW yet . It's harder for me now...There are so many wonderful people here ! I will nominate now Mrs Fionnuala Fox . 	Hello Achi Peter, its been maybe a few days now since last i posted in the POTWs but having seen Lee Talmage i here and having read your post on an identity crises? Im here to set the record straight , a profile is worth a 100 bees Lol. You know of me and who i represent but being a business man as well my fellow bee workers are just like family too. 	Hello Thomas, A POTW nominee beeds to be active in the community. In the past John and Pauline used the rule of 350 posts and an active forum. Does Lee meet those qualities?

	Achi Thomas, I'm not sure i get your point but you posted Lee Smith's pic and nominated Lee Talmadge. Maybe you're buzzing too much. :) Lee Talmadge was a POTW and as Jim wrote Lee Smith simply doesn't qualify yet. She seems like a very nice person and we'll be more then happy to see her as a candidate in the future. Shalom, Peter
