That is an excellent article, Len. I am glad you shared it. I love honey and recently started using it again. I had stopped because of the carbohydrates, but honey is healthier than white sugar so I am using it again.

I hope the problem with honey bees is solved quickly. It would be a disaster for them to disappear. How would our trees and flowers get pollinated?

Thank you so much for posting!  I am glad you liked the article.
I was only a once in awhile "user" but now knowing what I do I will be using honey every day. A spponful of honey may keep the doctor away awhile longer I hope. :) I hope so to that the honey bees will come back in full force. They are an essential part of nature to be sure.
