	Dear Sarah ! Before I became housebound there is a Retirement home that I use to visit twice a week to bring magazine's and read them the latest poem I had written. Sometimes it was so hard to come in one day and find out that one of the group had passed on but the memories of those visits will be one of the best parts of my life !

	Hello Dearest Friend Beryl ! My father is 84 and he still thinks he is 25 and when his body will not do what his mind thinks he can then he gets very frustrated with himself. It must be very hard on a person who has been active all their life and then the years take away the energy. I found that this is why older people are sometimes grumpy, it is not because they do not care it is because they no longer can do the things they love to do !

	My Dearest Judy ! We see them sitting in shopping malls watching the kids run by or sitting on a park bench feeding the birds who may be their only friends. We tend to forget that some of these may have lost a life partner and now they feel all alone. There is nothing wrong in sitting beside an old timer and just introduce yourself and ask how are they doing. Most of are elderly have such amazing stories and you will wonder where the time went !

	My Dear Adelina ! First of all I must say I love the picture and the more this is passed around maybe it will change one persons mind on how they think about our elderly !

	Hello Judy My Dear ! A good cry is like doing the laundry, it washes out the bad feelings we try to hold inside ! My next door neighborer is also housebound and she has my whole collection of poems she keeps as a private collection and in the summer we talk for hours about her home country, Jamaica
