Paid members get new credits the first of every month, I think it's 4,000... and can send until those are gone, and then they can buy  more if they want. 

Free members need to buy credits.

I think people would rather get a personal message about business instead of tolerating people who sneakily try to plop ads into other peoples' forum threads, such as you do.  Have you ever read the description on the front page of my forum?
