Yes I know lots of companies use debit cards but this is the first time I've seen a company hide the additional cost until after people pay the joining fee.
Other companies also offer other options of payment such as automatic deposit into peoples checking accounts, Lawnchair does not say they offer other ways of paying people. That makes me think they are trying to hide their income from the Canadian government or trying to hide the location of their bank from everyone. By getting paid on debit card, we don't know the origin of the payee.
Lawnchair is not giving complete information to people so we can make an informed decision about joining. It shouldn't be up to you or other members to fill in the blanks, there shouldn't be any blanks. It's the company's responsibility to cover all the bases, and not leaving any questions unanswered.
I emailed support@getlcm.com last Friday at noon, now it's 7 days later and still no reply. I don't want a reply from you or other members, I want a reply from the company. Professional companies either answer within 2-3 days or they will give a statement on their site that it may take up to ___ days to respond.
