Information YOU Should KNOW before Promoting Any Business in Pre-Launch
12/7/2007 10:30:39 AM

Hello Adland friends,

First let me tell you that everything has a cost.  The cost could be Time, Effort, and Money.  As many of us here may be trying to build our individual empires, we need to be well informed and read the "fine print".

I have no plan to bash anything or anyone, but I do want you to do your due diligence and READ the FIne Print on whatever you may be joining, promoting and getting your friends involved in.  As many programs, no matter how great the copy content reads, do have ulterior motives and that is to become profitable.

The reason I am posting this information now is because, I know many times I get caught up in the BETA testing of a few products and programs.  In the past I have really helped build programs agressively as they were in their pre-launch and if a product or service takes off.  I like you don't wish to be left behind.

As of late it seens everywhere I turn, folks are promoting this new program and the games they can play and earn passive income from.  I have been reading every page of the site, I have participated in the BETA Test, I have even asked a few of my closest friends to investigate this program.  We all agree everyone needs to read this page very carefully and base your future participation with the information on this pageNOTE: you will need to be logged in to view this info.  It is under the "Ways to Fortune" tab.  This is VERY IMPORTANT that you read this page and the PDF that goes with it.  This is not a FREE Ride when they finally do move from pre-launch.

Often times the pre-launch phase is a test period and is designed to bring leaders aboard.  The intent of bringing leaders is that they usually will have the ability to pay the fees required to get paid themselves.  If you have a financial challenge and unable to secure your PAID POSITION too bad for you.  All your efforts and all your recruits that can pay will roll up to the first leader above you that has the ability and finances to pay for their Income Generating spot.

The reason companies do this is because it provides them CHEAP Advertising often at no cost.  Because you and your friends are excited about them and in your excitement you forget to read the fine print.  Everyone wants Free Advertising and this just one example of how you can accomplish this.

In closing:  If you believe that you are going to be able to sit around and play a few games, socialize and build an income.  You are correct if you BUY Into the platform to secure your income.  You need to make this perfectly clear to your recruits because this is what you are doing at this phase.  You are recruiting leaders, that will invest in their and your business.  However if you have no means to secure your spot and most of your friends don't either which is quite typical.  Then you are spinning your wheels.

You need to get serious with yourself and your associates and realize there is no FREE RIDE with this program.

Always Caring for My Friends,

Jim Allen III

Hey Jim,

Great article and thanks for the info.

You are so right, reading all the info on any program is a prerequisite that must go hand in hand with doing your due diligence.

BUT, you talk about reading the small and fine print, what a laugh; most people don't even read the large print.

In any case all the points and issues you raised hit the nail on the head and I certainly hope that as many people as possible will read your article.

Happy Holidays & Shalom,

Peter

Jim, You have omitted the name of the site and company so as not to upset people. However, your ommission will set the paranoid into screaming here that you are attacking their business. We know you are referring to uvme.biz. I make no apologies for associating myself with this prelaunch program. I when joining was not a leader and had no downline to contribute to the building of my team. Through work and guidance my upline taught me skills to build a team. I am now doing for them as was done for me. Those who follow are now also building a team. That is how one builds a business. Those who do their research, see the potential, register with the company. They are not members of uvme. No one is a member. Therefore we can test out the program build our teams and know whether we wish to join uvme.biz. That makes sense to me as neither I nor any of my downline should think that they can buy into a program and have success. If I lost time and effort, then I gained skills, friends, mentors and helped others. When I beta test the games I intend to have fun. If I never join uvme or make one $ my life is richer. What more can we ask of life??? I have not lost any money and I will advise my downline not to pay the $200 fee or the licence fee if they are not going to make that money back. I covered a couple of the issues you presented and now wait to hear from others to those points I failed to address. Hi Jim,

Thanks very much for this excellent post you have written. I agree with you that people need to do their due diligence with any program that they are considering to get involved with.

As to the program you are referring to here, uVme, there is nothing hidden here. Everyone knows that there will be a cost to be a Leader once we launch in January. It is on the website, and it is talked about in all the Business Presentations done online. I have 500 people in my downline at uVme, and I can tell you for sure that all of them know there is a cost. I explain that to them, plus it is on the website etc as I said already.

There are 3 levels....

1) Games Player only

2) Promoter - Make $$ off of the games played on your games platform ONLY, not on anyone signed up under you.

3) Associate - Make $$ off of the games and your downline as well.

However, people can upgrade from a Promoter later, and all this is explained as I said.

Nothing in this world is FREE when you have a business...not online or offline. Anyone that thinks  otherwise is simply being foolish. The company, VWD is a very reputable company that has been around for quite sometime and they have spent millions of  their own money to create uVme.

I am sorry if you just realized there is an investment to be made, but perhaps you didn't go to any of the  many different meetings online and hear about that. I also think you might want to check out the compensation plan a little better because with only 3 people under you your biz expenses are covered each month.

I would be happy to help you or anyone that wants to build up a good Team. Your Sponsor should as well, whoever that may be, but if they are not contact me anytime.

Have a great day and God Bless You,

Marilyn

Mary, thanks for your reply, often times I do wonder if folks are paying attention.  You are definitely one that does.  As for paranoia, folks should be paranoid to a certain extent, especially online.  Where, not everything is always, as it seems.

No apologies needed Mary.  You as a teacher and student have done a great job of accomplishing your goal.  I think.  The skills you have acquired are necessary no matter what your intent for the future with this particular program.  True it is how you do build a business.  I guess my point is that most will not join this business because of the costs.  The lessons you have learned are indisputable.  They will serve you well in the future should your intent is to be a successful business person.

Those who do their research, see the potential, register with the company. They are not members of uvme. No one is a member. Therefore we can test out the program build our teams and know whether we wish to join uvme.biz. That makes sense to me as neither I nor any of my downline should think that they can buy into a program and have success.

The potential for profit is quite limited when there are places to play these same games online in a free community.  There is no heavy frontload at all.  I only offer this as an alternative to those that like to play skill games but not as a business model. http://king.com/ is a great place to play games, http://yahoogames.com/ is another if you have no intention of building a business from alll your hard work at building your downlines.

You can communicate and play to your heart's desire without any cost or being limited to your access of the games.  In addition, they run some neat contests over at http://king.com/ another is http://www.pogo.com/ they even offer a low cost ad free version as well.  Just thirty bucks a year instead of hundreds of dollars.

If I lost time and effort, then I gained skills, friends, mentors and helped others. When I beta test the games I intend to have fun. If I never join uvme or make one $ my life is richer. What more can we ask of life???

Learning, meeting, and making new friends are all great motives.  However, uVme is primarily a business enterprise, dependent on member contributions for its survival.  Otherwise, there is no need for such a prolonged pre-launch process.  Even as a player, you should expect to pony up monthly.

I have not lost any money and I will advise my downline not to pay the $200 fee or the licence fee if they are not going to make that money back.

Then what is your motive for building this downline?

Respectfully,

Jim Allen III
