I don’t want to “sign up” for anything, but I love your jerky, must I be a member to buy some?
Jerky Direct offers two options for non-members:
1. Retail Customers can purchase any of our products from the online storefront shopping cart. Simply follow the links in the PRODUCTS section of the menu.
2. Preferred Customers can purchase at the same low price as a Distributor, but are not eligible to earn commissions or build a team. Preferred Customers do not receive an online store, but do receive a personal shopping cart to manage their monthly autoship order. Simply provide a username and password when you register… and log in on the MY ACCOUNT page of any JD Premium Products website.
How do I buy products?
Retail Customers: Under the “PRODUCTS” link you may click on any of the products listed and view details on that specific flavor. On the details page click “ADD TO CART”. You will then have an opportunity to view your cart, edit your order, keep shopping or proceed to the checkout screen. Once you have completed your shipping information on the Checkout page, you will click on “NEXT” to add your payment information. Choose your shipping options next, and when you are all done… click on “PLACE MY ORDER”. Only click this button ONCE to avoid double orders and charges.
Preferred Customers: Click on the “ENROLL NOW” link in the menu. After reviewing this page, please verify that the person you are enrolling under is correct. Preferred Customer enrollees must UNCLICK the box at: “If you would like a free website and the opportunity to earn commission by selling product and/or building a Jerky Direct downline.” Now click on ENROLL NOW to continue completing your online application. If you would like to enroll in our Store Owner program, simply leave the box checked and click on ENROLL NOW to continue.
Can a person who has a debit card, but not a credit card, sign up as a member?
We accept all forms of VISA and MasterCard. Most debit cards can also be used in the place of a credit card and should work fine on our website.
What is the shelf life of your jerky?
Our Beef Jerky has a shelf life of 18 months.
How long will it take for my website to be activated?
Your personal website is established instantly, and is made live for you to send to your friends and family and start building your organization. Once you submit the form the server builds your personal storefront and returns a link to your new store.
How long has Jerky Direct been in business?
Jerky Direct itself has been operating since June 1, 2004. Our parent company and founders have been in the jerky business for over 30 years.
How do I know if I am enrolling/enrolled under the right person?
We use your unique website address to tie distributors who sign up to you. On the enrollment form itself, at the top of the form in bold it says, “For your record you are about to enroll under Jane Doe of Somewhere, CA”. If you have already enrolled and are not sure if you were placed under the correct person, your enroller is listed in your back end account manager as well.
What tools are in my back end management system?
Store owners have access to many other features including personal info, website hits, website name, autoship information, orders, detailed commission reports, drillable downline reports, marketing tools, etc.
How long does it take to see my 'downline' after someone signs up?
Once someone has successfully processed an enrollment on your website they will instantly show up in your downline which is viewable in your back end account manager.
How many people have “signed up”?
Due to our simple “no fine print” compensation plan, minimal financial commitment, and unique, great tasting product we have experienced truly staggering growth.
How/When will I get paid?
Commissions are generated the first day of each month for the previous months transactions. Unlike some companies that hold on to your money until you reach a "threshold" dollar amount, Jerky Direct produces commission checks no matter how large or small they may be. In addition, Jerky Direct is investigating direct deposit methods, which would enable you to receive your money even faster!
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Jerky Direct currently ships to the United States, Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands and ALL Military APO/FPO addresses. We continue to explore the expansion of our products and opportunity to other countries outside of the United States and its territories.
Why do some pages say Jerky Direct and others say JD Premium Products?
Our website is currently being updated to reflect the change of our company name. As we expand and begin offering additional product lines, the company is evolving into JD Premium Products. Although our jerky brand remains Jerky Direct, we have recently added several new product lines. Together, all of these lines combined make up JD Premium Products.
