Yes the organic produce stand was really fun. It was many years ago and most people hadn't picked up on the concept of organic yet. It was, in fact the very first of its kind in The Pike Place Market here in Seattle. Now, of course, every produce stand has at least some organics and on Wednesdays there is a special organic market where dozens of farmers in the area come with their goodies.
