Hi John, Pauline: Judy, I hope you've enjoyed your week as the Adland Queen. I just want you to know we appreciate having you in this community, and you are a blessing to us all. This week has been a nightmare to me as I've been going back and forth across this great land of ours. I had to lift a couple 250 pounders into the airplane on a stretcher, and I've got a bad back. Fortunately I didn't hurt myself.

So glad that you could make it here. I hope that and the fact that you are again posting regularly in your Journey To The Mountain forum means your arm is getting better. I never actually made it through all the posts, but have been following it closely in recent weeks and have noticed many changes in myself and the people around me. It resonates more and more strongly.
