   Have you tries those registry fixes that are free over the internet? I tried one, it fixed my son's side of the computer - i can use his, but mine is still unusable. really weird!!

 Good luck, can you  send Reiki to you computer? Maybe it needs healing! LOL

I was in the garden trimming the shrubs the other day. I'm ready for Autumn although it hasn't arrived here yet. It is a beautiful sunny day today. Sat outside for a while to get away from my puter for a while. Lovely.

I went into the registry and held my breath, did what I had to do, and ran out again!!!

I now have the dvd readers back, along with sound, but I can't read dvd's yet. I can listen to cd's though.

Getting there slowly. I need some code for the dvd bit. More breath holding to come, I fear.

I haven't tried the registry fixes. Computers are weird!

Mine certainly needs healing. I haven't given it Reiki, but I have been asking my computer angels to help me in making it better.

We're getting there.
