Benton,

I no longer recommend using peat moss on a large scale because:
  1. The harvest of peat moss is destoying many environmentally sensitive areas of the world.
  2. Peat Moss is a finite resource that is being rapidly depleted in many areas.
In many parts of the world, the problem has become so severe that peat harvesting has had to be banned.

As for the pics, try inserting them as a URL link. I will load many pic files into a pic folder on my website and then link to this. As long as your website is functioning properly, the pics will show up here. Hope this helps.

What a lovely rose, Keith.

Thank you for trying again.

It was worth it.

Blessings,

Sarah

I've just been giving Reiki to a poorly dog this evening, and when we'd finished he got up and brought me a flower so I thought this pic was very apt.

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for inviting me to your garden and thanks for accepting my invite.

What a wonderful garden this forum is. I've read through all the posts and the contributions are fantastic. I too love gardens and learned a lot here today.

I'm not into graphics yet but will be shortly so in the meantime I just write and use words to express  the feelings I have whenever I'm out in the open see what Mother Nature has prepared for us.

Just having received your invitation today to come and visit here I haven't got anything on hand to share with you all. But the next time I visit I'll post some pictures of the Baha'i gardens on Mt. Carmel in Haifa.

This is one of the centers of the Baha'i religion and it's gardens are visited by our local population and visitors from all over the world. I'll upload the pics to my computer and post them here asap.

All the best & Shalom,

Peter
