Thanks for the invite to your forum here. This looks like a wonderful place to spend one's time, and other things. Looks almost like a fantasyland, another scenario I am quite familiar with on another level, but I won't go into that right now.
Suffice it to say, from the most ancient days of the Human collective mind, we have all been there at one time or another, even if we do not remember it. They say all myths and legends have their basis in historical fact. We're not just talking Paul Bunyon here. I mean dragons, unicorns, elves, dwarves, fairies, and yes even trolls like Shrek.
Archeologists in Wales and England in the last 10 or 15 years have found much evidence to support this as well. Several years ago, they found a cave in a secluded part of Germany, where they found frozen corpses of 2 real fire-breathing dragons. 10-12 years ago, Tom Brokaw reported on a find in Northern Wales where there were several thousand small homes carved into the side of a mountain, where the ceilings were 12 to 15 inches tall. Not just a few, which could have been construed to be a prank, but several thousand.
