Hi Kathy, your post reminds me of one of the most remarkable books I've read called, The Art of Self Deception. This book really helps one open their eyes to how manipulation starts and why. Thank you for inviting me to this forum.

Hi Kathy... You're always giving the mind a workout... Mind games are manifestations when people stop "celebrating" the difference between people, and thus slowly declines into a love-hate relationship held together only because of fear of losing. Mind games are nothing less than a mental and emotional disorder requiring treatment and to stop mind games is to approach the source as a disorder. I'm too much of the ole school of walking away from trouble.
