Hi, Thomas,
Once upon a time I would have agreed with you but since having been exposed to internet marketers who are too greedy and too irresponsible to promote with honesty and knowledge, this is no longer the case.
Many times I have seen a person using the roogoo scheme of sending useful information and freebies by email to 'build trust' simply so that the trust can be exploited by the promotion of a rubbish programme that had little or no merit.
Being trustworthy, to me, means believing implicitly in what I say, investigating thoroughly anything upon which I express an opinion, being able to enter into a reasoned and logical debate to support my views, to have my views questioned and, most importantly, to give all due consideration to the effects of anything I promote upon the pockets of those to whom I promote it.
