All work and no play makes hugh a dull boy.  But they are a nice break, entertaining and provide an opportunity to meet and learn about folks here.  We are Socializing :-)

You really don't know what you are missing.  Because I have made alot of friends here at Adland, especially from the game. 

I've learned, the more friends, the better they get to know you, the better you have of having someone to look at your business.

I have more luck with a friend looking at my business than someone else out here posting everywhere not paying any attention to my ads.

And as Jim says, "all work and no play, makes for a very dull day"...
