Sharon, X20 has no taste whatsoever, the benefits that I have experienced have been nothing short of amazing.  When I started with it, I was a relative healthy aging female.  I have posted most of the results I have seen from it right here in this forum, but it cured or helped some things I would have never given it credit for under any other circumstances.
