Hi Bill,
Glad to see this forum thread is still active. Ashley you have to give it more time to build your presence. Ignore the undesireable forums and look for some quality.
I have not been here for several days, because I have been busy with my team.
I do give Adlandpro credit for allowing me to make business relationships. But it is also disturbing to see the abuses. Unforuately what you see the most of becomes the imitated behavior for several new people. So the problem compounds.
Bill, I may have found my business base here but it has become apparent that I can't spend the time here I formerly did. My forum threads go virtualy unvisited, spammed, and liter-graphiced to death. The googled forum "Shared Ideas......" has had to be turned into a moderated forum.
So much of what I tried to create was to assist others in their business ventures. It doesn't work. Most recently I asked for people to share what was good about 2007 and did they make their goals. To me that was the perfect opportunity to promote their successful business. Couldn't people make some intelligent choices abut business if they heard about success. When I had 450 on my friends list, I had great forum participation, now I have 1600 active names on my list and they could care less about posting.
You guessed it, it became the place to throw up ads. That tells no one about success. How hard is it tell that you made your goals. That you have a downline making a living from your venture. I don't want to hear that a person COULD make $129,000 a month. We could enjoy hearing someone say I am able to support my family with my present business.
Times have changed drastically here with all the new tools. Recently someone asked for ideas about their new blog. I couldn't give my opinion as the person said they don't want me to post on their forums. However she had to ask 10 times for people to come look at her blog. If everyone ignored the first request, what did the other 9 do?
That clearly explains what has happened here in this once nice community.
