I've received a ton of these emails in one of my mailboxes. Since my usual practice is to simply delete mail that is unfamiliar or that contains attachments or is 'FWD', I've been able to avoid a lot of the worm problems. Plus, as you so wisely suggested, I have anti-virus/anyi-spyware/anti-'you-name-it' programs installed on my computer.
I don't even bother to click the 'unsubscribe' links any more either, because usually they're dead-ends or simply notify the sender that the address is a good one. If I'm bothered enough I click 'report spam' and block the address from my mailbox.
Thanks for the heads up! Wonder why these people don't go have some real fun and play in traffic?
