You are so sweet Sharon.  I am glad you liked my take on Mary's life as the Mother of Jesus.  It must have been the most trying ever.  I cannot comprehend the suffering she must have endured.

Whenever I teach a Sunday School class I always put the children there at that time, so they can feel it all.  Otherwise, I am afraid it will be nothing more than a fairy tale.  I want their commitment to be real and forever.

Yes, Mary could have said no, but she trusted in God, despite how it must have looked on earth.  Jesus also had a choice.  And he gave it all.
