I smoked for 33 years and only gave up 9 months ago now, actually it was when our beloved Mr Steve Urwin died, anyway for some reason I gave up cold turkey, it was hard for the first 5 months, have put on a little weight and now and then I still have the odd craving, But, I look and feel a whole lot better than I have for a very long time!
The story goes.......I wished I never had my first cigarette!
