It's Robert Phillips again.
 
Firstly, a very BIG and WARM welcome to all new associates
from around the world - and secondly A Very Happy New Year
to everyon e - 2008 is going to be an amazin g one.
 
Looking back over the last 6 months shows a time of excited
anticipation and self education as we've watched and helped
uVme grow and develop into something very special. Many of us
have worked alongside the company, pioneered and built the
foundations of our individual businesses, whilst others have just
stayed quietly on the sidelines - watching and waiting.
 
Well, no matter what we chose to do, the wait is almost
over - only another 15 days to go - so whether you've been
working or watching - things are going to happen very soon.
And when they do, we need to know just what to expect and
how to take full advantage of it - so please rea d on:
 
Launch date Monday January 21st
 
The first 2 business cycles will be 3 weeks each. This is
to help us use and understand the sites, and give us a plan
around which to move and place our personally sponsored
members - more about this below.
 
Cycle 1:     21st Jan - 11th Feb
Cycle 2:     12th Feb - 3rd March.
After that, they will revert to the usual 4 weekly (28 days)
cycle.
 
During cycle 1, we can upgrade and begin to earn. Both the
Fast Start Bonuses 1 and 2 will be live, and paid directly
into our 'e-accounts' where we can then move them to our
chosen non-uVme accounts etc. using one of the online
facilities.
 
We can also start to move members - even if they already
have a group below them! 
 
After 3 weeks of getting to know your site and upgrading,
the first commission run will take place on 11th Feb.
 
At that time, compression will also take place.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
Three weeks is long enough to make a considered business
decision. Anyone who does not upgrade will be compressed
out of the plan and lose any downline. They will stay in the
system as players or prospects. If they decide to upgrade
after the 11th, it will not be possible to reinstate these
members in the same positions above lost downline.
 
During cycle 2, you could inherit compressed members. These
inherited members can also be moved even if they have a
group - UNLESS they had already been moved in cycle 1.
 
We can only move members ONCE, so it is very important to
plan our biz structures and not make mistakes. We must
understand how to use the pay plan in order to reach the
higher qualification levels.
 
I know the above will be very confusing to many, so LET US

at 11.30am PST/ 1.30pm CST / 2.30pm EST / 7.30pm GMT /
8.30pm mainland Europe / 1am Fri morning India and come to
