i think this is the Nth time God has wrung His hands helplessly and pronounced Himself persona non grata.  And the gradual decline of school standards as has been conveyed by the presentation has been circulated in the world commun ities represented by the Web ad infinitum.  What do we do? Keep quiet?  Are our children safe even while attending schools?  If none has the answer, how come the system is still up and running?  Where does the buck stop?

These are disturbing questions even the die-hard lasseissez-faire advocate will be hard put to answer.  The irony is, this reform (?) is catching up in other countries.  Oh God, can I pray for the return of Innocence?

What am i experiencing? anxiety? fear?
