HI Neil Sparling: I am posting again - Just wanted to say that I enjoyed reading all the posts (today). Even my own from the pass was uplifting to me.
I surmise that we are giving others too much credit for what they are suppose to be doing. My Hillbilly gardener friend, has an entire Mountain of information and skills that I will never be able to handle. Yes I know that my marketing ability is good, and may or may not exceed his.
I do not see myself as second to anyone in marketing even if the other is doing 2 Million Dollars in sales per month. The reason being is, we are each required to do what we can. If we accomplish this, we are and will always be successful beyond measure.
As one person voiced, the misconceptions that is presented to us is more the problem than the stress of anything we have to do. I have found that by presenting a task that is within the scope of the the associate I am dealing with, I usually get a successful outcome. If someone says "no work required" - and live up to the statement: Then I am tickled pink.
If I am told that there is dawn to dusk for 3 months laborious work, I am just as read as the other condition. In any case you will hear me moan and complain, but I will not be disheartened.
In short, we are willing to do what we know we need to do, and only ask that others are FAIR: JUST TELL IT LIKE IT IS.
