	Hi Kathy, I am one of those who has been around to watch you grow. I once thought that you had it in you to succeed and I truly thought that you were already successful when I arrived here at AdlandPro's community. Lately, though, I feel you have become a bit over-the-top about things and, quite frankly, I have have become quite annoyed by the fact that you post so much. One recent post had to do with the idea that you wanted to tell everyone that you were challenging yourself. That post actually was pointless to me. Let me explain... You presented yourself in the past as a very nice and personable lady and I liked reading the "content" in your posts. You actuially gave me information that I needed; very much like our dear friend Ms. Beverly did. Lately though you have been more on a different track and that is why I feel annoyed about the type of information I am getting from you now. I miss the Kathy "with a K" that was around before. You may not have liked her. Most of us at AdlandPro did. She changed and like you said in your leading post, it appears to me that many of your posts are simply "self-serving". I hope you will not take this as me trying to destroy your ego. I think everyone should serve God and themselves. I also think constructive criticsm will help us grow. I have to say that about 4 out of 5 email notifications that I receive from AdlandPro are from you and I have read many, but but respond to very few. I have done that because I have not seen the content that caused me to be interested in the subject matter very much. Please bring back the Kathy "with a K" when you can. Peace and Love, Leon

	Hi Kathy, It all comes down to 'you are what you think' doesn't it? Many just don't GET IT, yet with The Secret, Mentoring for Free, Ellie Drake, Tracy Biller et al, it's all there for anyone to use. IF they want to. I've not thought you were 'full of yourself' as I know exactly what you're doing, but many who are inexperienced may not. Have a great day every day! Jen
