Yes, and in concurrence with the above message by nuyou, isn't it a shame that the people who have the most contact with customers in the customer service industry are usually the poorest paid and least experienced (i.e. cashiers, hotel staff, waiters/waitresses, janitors, security guards, customer service reps) This can result in poor morale and lack-of-care about job by employee, poor customer service, and loss of customers. One really angry customer can result in a HUGE loss of business for the company, because word-of-mouth spreads fast, and bad news is juicy news.
