Hello my friends,

You know it does really pay off to advertise your presence and Market your Identity.
You know since I have advertised my Presence and Market my Identity I have connected my self to many really powerful and Influential people.
I have learned much successful tips from alot of people and have learned many things.

The most important thing is to become successful is to connect my self with powerful people in the Networking field.
I try to be an example and to teach you all.


Use your talents, ya all can do what I do.
It took me time but I did it..


Look how long it took me to be number 1 here as the most active at Adlandpro.

You see we all need to learn to fight and challenge ourselves to get and take what we want.

I use my self as an example for you to see I want something I go get it and once I am there I will never let any one take it away from me ever.

You see the lessons I haVE LEARNED FROM THESE VERY SUCCESSFUL MEN ARE THAT: In order to stay on top as number 1 you now have to keep your position and continue to be driven to stay on top.

If you do not stay focused or on top of what your doing or have achieved someone can come behind you and take it away.

Also Aaron Martirano and myself get people out of their comfort zone,
here certain people think they are on top or number 1 and they stop doing what their doing because they think they are safe.

Then in a blink of an eye Aaron and myself come in
We take it away from you, just out of no where. We come like thieves in the night,
now we are number 1 where ever we go.

So now we light the fire under people we get them out of the comfort zone.

Now their fire for desire is under them.

They are once again working hard thinking they can get their spot back, never gonna happen. Once I am on top and number 1 good luck taking it from me.
I make people work hard for what they once had and took advantage of..


You see I teach many lessons along the way as I do my networking, some get my messages and teachings some do not.

I have helped many people learn amazing lessons about there selves.
I want everyone to stop taking advantage of things. you have to work hard to achieve greatness and to be successful.

Human resources it the greatest assest a business has to offer its curent and potential cusomers.  Any business with a sound business plan will not be very successful if the human element is left out.  Every business has to consider the people factor.  Many businesses underperform or fail, not because of a lack of tangible assets, but because of poor or non-existant customer service.

As a memeber of the Hospitaltiy Industry, I want everyone to think about this:  If you were to walk into the finest hotel or restaurant in the world, spend good money and got the best food or the best bed, how likely are you to return if the service was poor or the employees dispalyed poor cusotmer service?  Industry studies show more business suffer a decline in return customers because of poor customer relations than for disatisfaction over products. 

Poor customer service translates in lost revenue.  A person who experiences good service will tell three people, that same person if they experienced poor service will tell five to seven people.

Those of us in business must never forget that all businesses depends on customers and cusotmers depends on people to provide acceptable service.  Business is about people!

Yes, and in concurrence with the above message by nuyou, isn't it a shame that the people who have the most contact with customers in the customer service industry are usually the poorest paid and least experienced (i.e. cashiers, hotel staff, waiters/waitresses, janitors, security guards, customer service reps) This can result in poor morale and lack-of-care about job by employee, poor customer service, and loss of customers. One really angry customer can result in a HUGE loss of business for the company, because word-of-mouth spreads fast, and bad news is juicy news.
