Thank you for sharing Nick's quote and thoughts on forgiveness.  Without forgiveness our Destinies cannot have the same quality.  Life will be plagued with the heaviness Nick refers to and will often end in illness. 

Our Destiny is created by the choices we make ... choose Forgiveness ... choose Joy & Happiness ... choose to have light shoulders

Terry and Branka - Love your posts on forgiveness...

I've found forgiving others was easier than forgiving yourself,,,,, but as you forgive yourself the load lightens ten times faster....

This is also true with "unconditional love"

To learn to love unconditionally was a test I have learned and passed.... but again loving oneself unconditionally was hardest!

Once you are on the road to success with these two tests (forgiveness - including self, unconditional love -  including self) being in the moment is so much easier too.....
