Thank you very much for your great comments! I know exactly what you mean! Many years ago I was a manager at a supermarket and I use to train all my people on the front end to smile, and be nice to the customers, etc. I use to tell them all the time that they would have a bad customer from time to time, but not to let that one bad one ruin their day because there are many more that are very nice!

I use to always make a point to go out of my way, if I saw someone that looked like they were having a bad day, to make them smile...99% of the time it worked! You would be surprised at all the things people would say to me when I did this because I was the only bright part of their day...so I taught my employees to do the same thing. You CAN make a difference in another person's life if you want to, and it doesn't always take alot to do so!

Thanks for the great response and for the story. You were very cool and collective during that whole incident, which is what others should have been as well. Getting hysterical and being judgmental doesn't help anyone or anything.
