Hi James, I've used a lot of leads over the years and have had a lot of success with them, as long as they were from a reputable source. However, it costs money to buy good leads, requires a good autoresponder (like the one that comes with Adlandpro Gold membership), and also requires good personal follow up. Leads are a very good way to go if you can afford them and are willing to get on the phone, but they are money down the drain if you expect your autoresponder to do all the work. The autoresponder can get your leads to your site-specific lead capture page very well, but then you have to pick up the phone. The very best leads are the ones you generate, yourself. These are the ones who find you in the search engines or on communities like this one, EFS or others. If only two people come to my site in one day and ask for more information, the chances of signing them both up with a quick phone call are much greater than if I get ten tire kickers coming through from the leads I've bought and run through my autoresponder. God bless, Dave

Hi Lissa, Your post reminds me of a time I phoned a lead who was looking at a health-related MLM program I was in. He kept asking me how much money he could make, but was totally uninterested in the products! I told him I wouldn't sign him up. He was astonished and told me he thought that was the whole point of MLM - sponsoring as many people as you possibly could. I told him that selling the product was the whole point of MLM or any business, and that if you didn't care a thing about the product, there was no point at all in promoting the business. That IS one of the big problems with MLM, and why so many people fail. They concentrate all their effort on the big money and never make any, because they have no real interest in the product. You will find that the people who ARE successful in MLM are the people who are super enthusiastic about the products because they use the products themselves. God bless, Dave

Hi Trina, Oh. Oh... Just the words, "Pine-Sol" make me feel queasy. The most common thing it has been used over the years to clean up after is.... well.... you know.... Yes, it's kind of like all these gas pills and potions on the market right now that are supposed to increase your gas mileage and save you money. I've asked a lot of people to tell me how much money THEY are saving, and so far, no one has sent me an answer. Why, I wonder? God bless, Dave
