It is so true what you say. Network Marketing is all about building relationships., teaching and mentoring.

So how do we build relationships?  When you make first contact with a friend, get in the habit of listening! Wonderful things seem to happen when you listen. You can now spot their personalities. You will find out their goals and desires, you have the ability to help inspire them to greatness.
 
Everyone is a blend of colors, showing different personality traits at different times.
Learning  about the different personality types will be a life changer.

Thanks for the link - Marketing your identity is a must however first you have to establish what kind of identity you are developing.

A good marketing strategy will include the proper steps.

1- establish who and what you want CLEARLY--- Clarity comes first.

2- Develop one engine working (ie adland)

3- Once the engine is going, then branch out to others places (like Ojeez.... even my space or club yeah). You might have to develop a slightly different type of "identity" for each online community you join and promote yourself in.

If one spreads themselves too thin on too many places at one time- simply there is not enough time to properly utilize each of them.... thus your effectiveness will drop to nil.

Great comments. My forum on "the four types of people" is much the same as your links on the colors. There are many systems that compliment each other. The Analytical viewers of this thread will love the additional sights to view.

There is a lot to learn on personalities. The trick is to test and try till you get it closer to perfection. Constant and never ending learning is what I say!

you are correct re: listening - That is in my plans to have a thread devoted to listening as time permits.
