Hello Nick

Thank you for this very important message. There is enough danger in our childrens lives these days without them adding more on their own. Our children are God's Greatest Gift and we have to dd all that we can to protect.

Staying in touch with our children is very inportant. When my children were young, I used diner time for our heart to heart talks. It was the one time of the day that wqe could all be together and really talk. So many families don't have time to really communicate anymore  with two parents working and all.

I will help spread the word Nick. Thank again for being the concerned citizen that you are.

Hi Nick, Thank you for getting this message out. It is very scary and parents, teachers and child workers, as well as the children, themselves, need to know how dangerous it is. As one who has been involuntarily choked as a child (note that my air was not cut off - only the blood to my brain - I can assure anyone paying attention that once the very first symptoms of unconsciousness begin, it's too late to help yourself! You lose all strength and physical function and are unable to communicate in any way. In other words, you can't tell someone to stop, you can't make them stop, and if you've tied something around your neck yourself, you can't undo it. It's too late. The problem is, contrary to some of the "macho" movies that show someone fighting off a person attempting to strangle him, is that it takes very little pressure on the blood vessels on either side of the neck to cut off the flow of blood to the brain. Once this flow has been cut off, it only takes seconds for the brain to shut down from oxygen deprivation, making it quite impossible even for the strongest, fittest "he-man" to react. The bottom line is - don't do it. It can (and often does) kill very quickly. God bless, Dave

Hi Nick,

I have also heard of this before.  Thanks so much for helping me to realize that on a small scale i cn help by spreading the word.

What are the kids thinking when they play these games, anyway?  OK, so I don't get it.  That doesn't mean I can't pray about it and I will.

Thank you, my friend.  I will pass this on too!

Judy
